Common questions
Do I own my website?
Yes. The platform, domain and email are set up in your name and paid by you directly, so the site is always yours.
How long does a website take?
From one to two weeks for a one-page site up to five to seven weeks for a shop or booking site. You get a timeline with your quote.
What is Website Cover?
It's an annual plan that keeps your site updated, secure and backed up, with a set number of hours of changes. Your first year of Essential Cover is included with every website.
What counts as a change?
Things like new text, photos, prices or opening hours, adding a blog post or a small layout tweak. New pages and new features are quoted separately at fixed add-on prices.
How do I pay?
Under £300 is paid up front. From £300 to £1,499 it's 50% to book and 50% on sign-off. Projects over £1,500 are split 40%, 30% at first draft and 30% on sign-off.
Can you take over my existing site?
Yes. I can put an existing site on Website Cover, or move it to a faster, cheaper platform for £295.
